APEX NAVIGATOR ("we" or "us") operate the Apex Navigator online training program (the “School”). This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which we collect, use, maintain and disclose information collected from users (each, a “Student”) of the School. This Privacy Policy applies to the School, the website (the “Website”), and all courses offered by the School (each a “Course”).
This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date of its posting. Please take the time to review it carefully. By providing personal information to us, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms set out below, you must stop using the School and the Website immediately.

Students can refuse to supply personal identification information but doing so may prevent them from engaging in certain School related activities.

We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Students as a group use the services and resources provided in our School.

At any time, you may request that we remove any personal identification information from our records, and we will delete such information with 7 days of request.

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to perform services related to the School on our behalf, or to assist us in analyzing our services. By enrolling in the School, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. APEX NAVIGATOR. (“we” or “us”) provides the Website, the School, and all services in connection with such resources, and this Privacy Policy comprises part of an electronic contract made between you and Conquer Productions Inc. respecting the provision of such services and resources.
If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not enroll in the School or use the Website. Your continued enrollment in the School following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
